Optic Grading

Why it exists

Built by a collector who got tired of losing.

Optic Grading was designed by Joshua Wilson — U.S. Army veteran, lifelong collector, and host of The Rip Den by Hobby Nation. After one too many $60 submissions came back an 8 instead of a 10, he built the tool he wished existed: a way to know before you pay.

No grading company. No black box. Just controlled light, fixed distance, and honest math — in a tool any collector can run at their kitchen table.
